Yoga has brought Karen to a place of deep gratitude, and an intention to assist others with the tools to help lessen depression, anxiety, and stress. With her certifications in Interdisciplinary Yoga, LifeForce Yoga, and Silver Age Yoga for Seniors, plus her years of experience, Karen's sessions and classes feature gentle, personalized sequences with attention to self compassion and emotional balance.
LifeForce Yoga is designed specifically to work with and balance your mood. It is an adaptable approach to fit your individual needs. Practices consist of movement, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation. The goal of the practice is to balance your energy and mood.
Karen is available to see individuals or small groups in her home studio. She also teaches hatha yoga at the College of Southern MD and Evolve Yoga and Wellness.
